![]() ![]() All the villas have clothes washer/dryer on each lock out side and are fully furnished. ![]() The building 3 and 4 hillside villas were built after the building 6 beachfront villas and are slightly different with sliding patio doors instead of the narrow swing out doors that building 6 has. Scubaman who posts many times on this site could be more helpful than me. Terrain St M is quite "hilly' SO BRING COMFY SHOES. To the right of the resort you can take a lovely inexpensive boat ride to Marigot on the French side (Think $10 round trip) Peli Deli is a short walk away for booze and light supplies (next to the Red Piano Bar and the Casino) They are new and totally updated and very short walk to Toppers. You woud have more privacy with the "6" building Beachfront Villas with the children. The Main buildings of the resort which form a "U" shape are directly on the bit larger swimmable beach with Toppers onsite bar/restaurant in the center. Evenings they have wide screen movies presented out by the pool dusk. Crank out awnings on the decks afford welcomed afternoon shade. You are directly ON the beach and the ocean views are lovely especially with cruise ships gliding by to Philipsburg BUT the beach in front of the units is NOT swimmable due to coral and rocks HOWEVER there is a lovely pool and small calm sandyīeach just steps outside your door along with a service bar. I stayed last May in #6201B New Beachfront Villa 1brm unit which seemed to have lock offs. The Hillside villas are up on a hill and NOT close to the beach but I heard are lovely. Are you referring to the Hillside Villas or Beachfront Villas? ![]()
